Iowa Superintendents, aspiring superintendents and board secretaries/business managers

Description

Professional development programs of the Iowa Superintendents Finance and Leadership Consortium are offered to expand the knowledge base and develop fiscal management and leadership skills of Iowa superintendents and aspiring superintendents. The Consortium offers 1 1/2 day sessions in the fall and winter months.

Credit options

One hour of university credit available through the University of Northern Iowa. Renewal credit available through School Administrators of Iowa.

Prerequisites

Board secretaries/business managers attend by invitation from their superintendent. Aspiring superintendents must be enrolled in a superintendent preparation program. All attendees must complete Track 1 before moving on to other tracks.
